To begin work, you must first pass the qualification. If you do not pass at any stage, your candidate journey will end.
Your qualification consists of three sections. Each section contains an assessment which needs to be passed before you are able to progress.
- Soft Skills: 12 question assessment to test critical thinking skills
- Needs Met: Theory & 12 question assessment
- Page Quality: Theory & 12 question assessment
Key Information:
- Qualification consists of 3 sections delivered through MyAbsorb, our online learning platform.
- You have up to 7 days to complete all sections, though they can be completed sooner.
- Please ensure to use your PC/Laptop when completing this assessment
- The 3 sections must be completed in consecutive order, if you fail at any time you will not be able to complete the following section and you will not be eligible to be engaged in this program.
Success Requirements:
- To be successful you must score 80% or higher on each assessment.
Tips for Success:
- Allow adequate time for each part - rushing may lead to unsuccessful outcomes,
- Create a distraction-free environment,
- Don't close any assessment midway through as it could impact your outcome,
- Keep the General Guidelines open at all times (please access through your email associated with the program).
